I’ve got two amazing little babies, an incredible husband and a real thing for this “hot yoga”. If you haven’t tried it, you should, and if you don’t love it… Try it again. I haven’t found anything more invigorating. It clears your mind, releases the stress and tension from your neck and shoulders, deepens your breath, brings love into your heart, calmness to your belly, and grounds your feet – leaving you drenched in sweat, completely rejuvenated, stronger, more flexible and so aware of the good in your life.
I found hot yoga 9 years ago, and have been teaching in Calgary for 7 years – it just keeps getting better.
