WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE COMPUTERS OR DO NOT HAVE AN INTERNET CONNECTION?

Not a worry; there are plenty of drop in spaces available and we take all forms of payment at the studio. Wait a minute… how did you get here then?!

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE ONLINE SYSTEM?

You can reserve spots in classes, view schedules/teachers, check your attendance history, and buy class cards or monthly memberships. Sign up here.

HOW DO I RESERVE A CLASS ONLINE ONCE I HAVE SIGNED UP?

Log in in with your user name and password and select the “CLASSES” tab. Find the class/instructor you wish to attend and make the reservation. Spots can be reserved up to 7 days in advance.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

You can cancel a class 30 minutes prior to a class starting. This is done by choosing the “MY INFO” and selecting the sub-tab “My Schedule”. Simply click the cancel button next to the class you have reserved.

WHAT IF I RESERVE A CLASS AND DON’T MAKE IT?

If you do not cancel out of the class 30 minutes prior, you will be penalized. One class will be deducted from your class card or one day will be deducted from your monthly or yearly pass. If you reserve classes and are absent 3 times, your online booking privileges will be suspended.

I HAVE BEEN TO THE STUDIO AND SIGNED THE CONTACT FORM BUT DON’T HAVE A USER ID/PASSWORD.

Just visit our online system and you will notice the question at the bottom of the page – “Is this your first time?”. Just fill in your first and last name and create a log in ID and password.
