Mind, Body & Ride 8-week Challenge

Location: Hot Yoga on 17th and Hot Yoga on Crowfoot & Spin

Spring has arrived and the change of seasons makes it a perfect opportunity to pause, reflect and reconnect with your intentions. It is a time of renewal and a great time to refresh and facilitate a mind, body and spirit re-alignment. Implementing a consistent practice will take effort at first, but your discipline and your increased strength, flexibility and overall sense of well-being will make it easier every day.

We want to inspire and motivate you by inviting you to join us for our 8-week MIND, BODY & RIDE Challenge. Complete at least 5 classes per week at the studio from April 13th - June 8th and reap the benefits of a strong, joyful and energetic body. Reignite your routine to keep the inner fires burning bright to cultivate a greater sense of stability in all aspects of your life.

Meditation & Mindfulness Project

Location: Hot Yoga on Crowfoot & Spin

Join Amber as she guides you through mindful practices to cultivate more joy, creativity, and happiness into your life while focusing on a different topic each week. This 8-week registered series is an opportunity to make a commitment to showing up and building a regular routine to allow you to form new patterns of thinking and habits. These sessions are a great compliment to the Mind, Body + Ride challenge at our studios.

Week 1: Breath
Week 2: Intention
Week 3: Sound
Week 4: Sleep
Week 5: Emotions
Week 6: Mantras
Week 7: Heart
Week 8: Energy

Open to all levels of experience. Bring a meditation cushion or pillow to the class. You can also bring optional props like blocks, a blanket/towel or an eye pillow to enhance your practice if you wish.

EARLY BIRD PRICING: 8 sessions for $128 + tax / Meditation Single Session: $20 + tax

Arm Balance & Inversion Fundamentals

Location: Hot Yoga on 17th

Join Daniel Stuart for this 90-minute class at where you will build the foundational strength and engagement in your core and lightness in your body to help you grow your arm balance and inversion practice. Learn how to fall safely to overcome fear, build the pose before taking flight and tips on alignment to manage and correct balance.

Open to everybody, from those new to yoga to experienced practitioners. Space is limited. Payment can be made using your current membership, class card or drop-in.

Working Together: Partner Yin Workshop

Location: Hot Yoga on Crowfoot & Spin

Bring a friend, spouse or your partner for this fun and playful 90-minute connection & stretching experience that will integrate touch, breath, deep holds and unifying sounds. Karen and Brent will guide you through various postures with your partner to deepen your personal practice and learn a whole new approach to body mechanics by working together. These poses will restore and deeply stretch the connective tissues in the body to allow for total relaxation. Come with an open mind and learn to connect with each breath and mindful moment as you move through this nourishing and balanced partner practice. Open to all levels of experience.

Investment: $25 + tax per person. Limited spaces available.
