Mind, Body & Ride 8-week Challenge

Location: Hot Yoga on 17th and Hot Yoga on Crowfoot & Spin

Spring has arrived and the change of seasons makes it a perfect opportunity to pause, reflect and reconnect with your intentions. It is a time of renewal and a great time to refresh and facilitate a mind, body and spirit re-alignment. Implementing a consistent practice will take effort at first, but your discipline and your increased strength, flexibility and overall sense of well-being will make it easier every day.

We want to inspire and motivate you by inviting you to join us for our 8-week MIND, BODY & RIDE Challenge. Complete at least 5 classes per week at the studio from April 13th - June 8th and reap the benefits of a strong, joyful and energetic body. Reignite your routine to keep the inner fires burning bright to cultivate a greater sense of stability in all aspects of your life.
