Meditation & Mindfulness Project

Location: Hot Yoga on Crowfoot & Spin

Join Amber as she guides you through mindful practices to cultivate more joy, creativity, and happiness into your life while focusing on a different topic each week. This 8-week registered series is an opportunity to make a commitment to showing up and building a regular routine to allow you to form new patterns of thinking and habits. These sessions are a great compliment to the Mind, Body + Ride challenge at our studios.

Week 1: Breath
Week 2: Intention
Week 3: Sound
Week 4: Sleep
Week 5: Emotions
Week 6: Mantras
Week 7: Heart
Week 8: Energy

Open to all levels of experience. Bring a meditation cushion or pillow to the class. You can also bring optional props like blocks, a blanket/towel or an eye pillow to enhance your practice if you wish.

EARLY BIRD PRICING: 8 sessions for $128 + tax / Meditation Single Session: $20 + tax
