Steph is a funny, bubbly, energetic mother of three who likes to keep it real both on and off the mat.  As a self professed “recovering A-type” Steph creates a climate of kindness, compassion and personal accountability in each class that she teaches. Steph loves to learn new things,  and is constantly looking for new adventures. She is a RYT200, and has her Pre/Post Natal 85 hours, Barre training, B.Ed, and is a former Roots of Empathy teacher.  Currently Steph is training as a Traditional 26 instructor, and has aspirations to be a Post Natal doula. If she is not teaching, Steph is practicing, and if she isn’t practicing, Steph is wrangling in her three red heads, running local races, eating yummy food, making playlists, reading, camping, drinking wine, or maintaining her title of “Scrabble Champion” at home.
