Favourite pose: Rabbit pose (it’s a great stretch for my low back)

Favourite place to eat: Bow Valley Ranche restaurant located in Fish Creek Park. I love the cozy atmosphere and delicious food.

Coffee in the morning: I love an almond milk cappuccino from Analog. It’s super smooth!

Something you may not know: I have a cold tub in my backyard. It helps me recover when I’m feeling stiff and sore. It also challenges my mind to stay calm.

 Favourite Artist: Cold Play. My favourite song is Sky Full of Stars. It always bring a smile to my face.
