Our Classes
We offer a variety of classes to suit your level of experience and practice style. All hot yoga classes are performed in a room that is heated to 42°C and 50% humidity and warm classes are heated to 38°C and 50% humidity.
New to hot yoga? We recommend beginners try out Classic 26 (Traditional Hot) or a Yin Yoga class.
Classic 26 (Traditional Hot)
This is a series of 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to provide a challenging and effective yoga experience in a room heated to 42°C with 50% humidity. This class systematically works the entire body by incorporating strength, balance and flexibility, this class teaches students how each pose stimulates the mind and restores and shapes the body.
Flow Yoga
Find your flow in this heated class that will invigorate and free up space in your body and mind. You will move through an energetic series of postures that unite movement with breathe. You will develop core strength, upper body strength, flexibility in the shoulders, legs and spine plus improved concentration in this class. Suitable for all levels of whether you are a beginner or advanced yogi.
BV Vinyasa Flow
A combination of different traditions that blend into a dynamic mix of sweat and spirit. Tone your entire body, electrify your mind and get your heart pumping as you move through this powerful sequence. Yoga Sculpt
A fusion of yoga movements, upper body strength, core work and resistance training to boost your metabolism and build lean muscle while moving to an energizing playlist. Flow through a series of strength sequences with the addition of hand weights to intensify the sweat and burn.
Yang/Yin Yoga
With the relaxing Yin practice, long holds ensure safe opening of connective tissue while calming the body and mind. Postures are kept simple and emphasis is on targeting all of the meridians (energy lines) of the body. The Yang portion that follows works to enhance muscular effort by working to open your warmed muscles to its full potential.
Yin to Bed
Unwind at the end of your day with a relaxing yoga practice to prepare the body and mind a peaceful slumber. This class is designed to release and relieve overworked muscles in your legs, hips and lower back. You’ll feel calm and ready to move from the mat into a deep, rejuvenating sleep.
