Studio Policies

LATE CANCELLATIONS: We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise that may prevent you from attending a class. As such, we’ve made the decision to no longer charge for late cancellations.*

If you are unable to attend your reserved class, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking online in Mindbody to open your space up for the next guest. If you cancel before the scheduled class begins, your class credit will be returned to your account.

If you do not cancel your booking before the start of class, this will count as a “no-show” and a class credit will be deducted from your account. The studios reserve the right to suspend your booking privileges if you have accumulated more than 3 no-shows on your account. We are unable to accept cancellations via email or phone.

*Be advised that this policy may change in the future. Should there be changes, we will notify clients via our website and newsletter.

WAITLIST POLICY: Our classes start and end on time and we ask that you show up at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your class or your spot will be released to the next person on the waitlist. Please honour your commitment and respect your fellow practitioners by showing up for your reserved class.

TEXT OR EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS: You can choose to have email or mobile text reminders to receive notifications of class reservations, instructor substitutes and cancellations. To update your preferences, you can login into your Mindbody account and click into your profile.


Follow these steps:

1. Click the following link:

2. Type in your Email and Password in the top right corner of the page to log into your account.

3. Click on the MY INFO tab

4. Click on Profile in the sub menu and the Edit button in the top right corner of the Personal menu.

5. Go to Notification Preference at the bottom of the list, select Email and Text Messages from the drop down menu.

Class Cards & Memberships

Please note that all class cards expire after one year from date of purchase. If you have any questions, you can email your home studio at info@hotyogaon17th.com. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we thank you kindly for your patience as we try to get back to everyone in a timely manner.
