RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have reserved a spot online and have not signed in at the front desk at least 10 minutes prior to the spin or yoga class starting, your spot will be given away to the next person on the waitlist.
UPDATE: If you are signed up for a 6:00am class and can’t make it, you must cancel your booking online by 10:00pm the night prior to the class to avoid a late penalty. For all other classes, the reservation must be cancelled a minimum of 4 hours before class begins to avoid a late penalty.
All cancellations must be made through your online account, and CANNOT be made over the phone or through email. Your class will be returned as a class credit onto your online account and will remain there for you to use towards your next reservation.
If you haven’t cancelled your booking online within the specified time frames listed above, you will be charged as though you attended a class and the class will be deducted from your account. For monthly unlimited memberships, you will automatically be charged a $15 late cancellation fee on the credit card associated with your account. We love riding as a team so please honour your commitment and show up for your booked class.
When you reserve a spot online you have up to 4 hours prior to the spin class; and up to 30 minutes prior to the yoga class to remove yourself from a class without penalty. Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account to be used at a future date. Please note cancellations can only be done online, no phone cancellations will be taken.
If you do not cancel out of the classes within the specified time frame listed above, a class will be deducted from your account. For unlimited memberships, a $15 late cancel fee will be charged to your credit card on your account. Please honour your commitment and show up for your reservation.
Spin Waitlist POLICY + NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES
If you are unable to book a bike because the class is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. As bikes open up, we give them away to riders on the waitlist in the order that they put themselves on.
If it is more than 4 hours before the start of the class, you will automatically be added to the class you are waitlisted for. You will receive a confirmation based on your notification preference (email, text or both). If it is less than 4 hours before the start of the class and you have been added from the waitlist, you cannot cancel without the late cancel fee.
We recommend that you change your notification preference to receive text notifications to ensure you are notified immediately if you have been added to the waitlist.
